How do we improve our health and deal with health problems like obesity, depression, and fatigue? Well, we know that pharmaceutical companies always introduce new products that promises to reduce body fat, lower cholesterol levels, and even makes us more happy. Some products might be very effective and useful, but is there something else we can do before we end up at the drugstore?

Dr. Mike Evans, an Associate Professor of Family Medicine and Public Health at the University of Toronto, will reveal a quite simple thing you can do to boost your health. In fact, he conducted extensive research to find the single best thing we can do for our health. According to his research it would have positive influence on numerous health conditions.

His treatment resulted in reduction of symptoms in several health conditions, such as:

  • Depression – 30% reduction with a low dose of treatment and 47% reduction with a higher dose
  • Anxiety – 48% reduction of anxiety
  • Diabetes – 58% reduction in progression of diagnosed diabetes
  • Alzheimer’s and Dementia – 58% reduced progression

Dr. Mike Evans also mentions that it is the number one treatment for fatigue. He is also happy to add that the treatment also greatly improves quality of life!
