The function of Nickel is still somewhat unclear and more research is necessary. It is believed to be involved in: protein structure, utilization of glucose, production of breast milk, immune system and development of the brain.
Deficiency
High blood sugar, low blood pressure, anemia, depression, liver and kidney disease

Tea, chocolate, unrefined whole grains, lentils, beans, peas, herring, nuts, oysters

Allergic reactions mainly from jewellery, difficulty breathing, lung embolism, chronic bronchitis, asthma, heart disorders, cancer, sickness, dizziness
