Yoghurt

It is a great source of calcium with almost equivalent amount present as in milk. It is one of the best foods for healthy bones as it is easily available and that too at a very affordable price. The best yoghurt is the one that contains all the milk content. Therefore, if possible, stay away from low-fat yoghurt as it may contain additional sugar.

Cheese

One of the good things about cheese is that it can be eaten with almost everything. You can use it on a salad; incorporate it in your cooking, or use it as a dip with crackers. Cheese is a really good source of calcium, making it one of the best foods for healthy bones. Different varieties of cheese have different amounts of calcium; it is therefore a good practice to read the nutritional information before buying any cheese.
